Sometimes we may not meet your expectations and mistakes may happen, we are only humans. In the event this does occur we would really value your feedback and the opportunity to work with you to rectify the problem. 

If you have an issue with our service please send an email with as much detail as possible to jemz24@live.co.uk. The details will be reviewed by our directors who will then respond to you with an explanation or an offer to rectify the situation. In some circumstances a good will gesture may be offered.

We at Jemma Tribe Saddlery value each of our clients and aim to provide an excellent service for both you and your pet so please let us try help resolve any issues.

If you have a complaint about the quality of a veterinary medicine, please contact us in the first instance. However, if you feel that we haven’t resolved your complaint satisfactorily, you can contact the VMD; postmaster@vmd.gov.uk

Please note that the VMD will only consider complaints about veterinary medicines, not about service, delivery or cost and not about non-medicinal products.

WHAT TO SO IF YOUR HORSE SUFFERS AN ADVERSE REACTION?

No medicine is risk free and all medicines have the potential to cause adverse effects. Some of the adverse effects are known about and these are explained in the products description. If you suspect that you or your animal has had an adverse reaction to a veterinary medicine, or you think the medicine hasn’t worked as it should have done, report it to the VMD using the form available via the link below:
